The key to overcoming anxiety is to learn to focus on what is in YOUR control.
Your patterns of reacting are a learned response. That means you can modify them. I offer therapy for anxiety, depression, loss… the common things I see that lead to a sense of overwhelm.
In therapy we work together to help you:
Identify destructive patterns that negatively impact your relationships.
Identify how your self-talk can help or hurt you in almost every situation.
Overcome habits that hold you back and keep you playing small.
Learn practical ways to modify your thinking and actions.
Practice these newly learned techniques in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Evaluate what works, adjust as needed, and continue practicing.
Most importantly, my role is to help you learn the importance of self-respect and self-compassion throughout this process.

I accept Cash, Check, Credit or Debit cards for payment. For convenient payments, I use Ivy Pay, a HIPAA secure credit card payment system.

I’m currently a provider for Lyra Health. Lyra Health is an employer-sponsored benefit that connects employees and their loved ones with mental health care.
I am an out of network PPO provider. If you are eligible to receive reimbursement from your health insurance carrier (PPO or POS), I will provide a monthly super bill on your behalf.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
